We take work out of your team’s day.
Ferritech builds custom automation for agencies, ecommerce, and SMB teams in the US. When a no-code tool runs out of road, we write the software instead.
The 24-hour marker A weekday, midnight to midnight. The lit band is US business hours. The blocks are work someone is doing by hand.
Four builds, and what each one gave back.
Every figure below is a real measurement from a real engagement. Client names are withheld until each one signs off.
What does your team do by hand?
Pick the closest one and it leads the list.
-
Tire retailer 15h / week Store leads land in the CRM on their own
By hand. Someone opened the ecommerce back office, read the day’s new leads, and typed them into the CRM one at a time. Leads that arrived after hours waited until the next morning.
What we built. An integration that reads inside the ecommerce system itself, and pushes each lead to the CRM as it lands — deduplicated, with its source intact.
Fifteen hours a week, returned.
-
Beverage distributor 3h / day Marketplace promos post themselves
By hand. Every promotion was copied out of the marketplace, wrapped in an affiliate link, and pasted into group after group. Three hours of a person’s day, every day, and the last groups always got it late.
What we built. A scheduled job that pulls the promotions, builds each affiliate link, and posts to every group at once.
Three hours a day, returned.
-
Bank 24h / week BigQuery stays current without a person
By hand. Keeping the warehouse current meant a person loading data on a schedule. Every report downstream was only as fresh as the last manual load.
What we built. A pipeline that keeps BigQuery populated from live sources, so the tables are current whether or not anyone is at a desk. This one was not a no-code job.
Twenty-four hours a week, returned.
-
Media agency 1.3days / week Ad reports build and send themselves
By hand. Someone opened each ad platform, pulled the numbers, assembled a report, and emailed it to the client. Every week, per client.
What we built. A system that reads the ad platforms, generates the report, and sends it to the client — on schedule, without anyone opening a dashboard.
One and a third working days a week, returned.

What we run.
- Custom automation
- Built for one process at a time, on your stack. This is most of what we do.
- Software and integrations
- When the process is too particular for a no-code tool, we write the service instead of forcing the workflow to fit.
- GoHighLevel consulting
- Pipelines, automations, and the wiring around them — set up properly, or repaired after someone else set them up.
- Email marketing
- Sequences, deliverability, and the data that decides who gets what.
- Websites and systems
- Front ends, internal tools, and the back ends underneath them. Anything we build with pages in it ships with Ferritrack included.
- Infrastructure
- We build the infrastructure your service runs on and hand over a dedicated server — yours alone, not a slice of someone else’s.
Ferritrack recovers the other thing you are losing.
Everywhere else on this page the unit is hours. Here it is signal. Ferritrack is our own tracking product for websites and ecommerce: it follows the whole customer journey and sends the conversions back to the ad platforms — via CAPI, server-side, enriched — so the campaigns train on what actually happened instead of what the browser managed to report.
Where there is a conversation with the customer, that becomes signal too.

- We build it and we run it. It is the reason we can say we write software rather than only connect it.
We are on the clock while you are.
Our team works from Brazil. That is not a discount — it is an overlap. Most of our working day sits inside yours, so a question asked at 10am is asked into our afternoon, not into an overnight queue.
Eastern time. The lit stretch is where both days are open at once — seven hours, before daylight saving widens it.
How an engagement runs.
-
01
We pick one process
Not your whole operation. One thing your team does by hand, with a number attached to it.
-
02
We quote that process
A fixed scope with the hours it should give back. If the return does not justify the build, we say so at this step.
-
03
We build and ship it
Into your stack, against the scope we quoted.
-
04
You own it
The build is yours. So is the code.
Before you ask.
What does it cost, and how long does it take?
We quote per process, because a lead sync and a data pipeline are not the same job. The diagnostic call is where we scope it: you describe the process, and we come back with a price for that scope and the hours it should return.
What happens when it breaks?
It will — a platform changes an API, a page changes its markup, a credential expires. So the thing to settle before you buy is who watches for it and who fixes it. We answer that in the quote, for the specific process we build. The build itself is yours either way.
Do you work in our hours?
We work from Brazil, and most of our day overlaps US business hours — see the clock above. Questions land in our working day rather than in an overnight queue.
Tell us what your team does by hand.
Describe one process. We will come back with what it would take to remove it, and what that should give you back.
Or skip the form.
